Is Yannyexpress secured?
Your safety is guaranteed because uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We are under Shopify platform which uses 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on its secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
Is this a scam?
No, everything we do is genuine and every single product we sell is guaranteed authentic. We will never intentionally misrepresent a product, sell your personal information, or steal your money.  
When will my order ship?
As soon as we received your order, the processing time should be around 1-3 days.   
What shipping service provider do you use to ship?
We mainly use UPS, DHL, or EMS.   The delivery time is about a week in average.    Occasionally we use Hong Kong Post.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information once you purchase has shipped.
I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?
Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, you can change the shipping address in My Account.
How do I cancel my order?
We all make mistakes, not to worry. Just get in touch with our CS Team as soon as you can. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so the clock’s ticking! (Mind you, if it does get dispatched, just send it back for a refund).
I swear I placed that order, where's my confirmation email?
Do you have an overzealous Spam folder? It might also be that you’ve just miss-typed your email address or entered an old one that you no longer use. As always, our CS Team should be able to help you locate the missing order. 
What's your return policy?
Basically you can return merchandise within 3 days after your order has shipped in return for store credit or a credit card refund upon receiving the returning item. Please note the buyer is responsible for the postage for the returning item. Some items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. We aim to please, so if you're unsatisfied with your purchase at any point in time, shoot us an email and we'll see if can pull some strings.
Please note that we treat all sales as final if the dresses are custom-made as we won't be able to re-sell them.    However your interests are still covered as we guarantee to re-pay you any alternation fees should you have any fitting issues (see Our Guarantee).
How do I make a return?
Please email and include your order number, the best way to contact you, and the reason you want to return your product. 
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We strive to get your refund processed as quickly as possible. You will generally receive your refund within 1-4 business days after we receive your return package in the mail, and we'll be sure to notify you via email
Where are the dresses coming from?
The majority of the dresses / artworks are from China and we store only limited quantities in our US warehouse.
I would like to order custom size, please advise how to measure myself correctly?
A perfect fitting dress starts with perfect measurements. Before ordering your custom size, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. Measuring yourself at home is harder than you think!
Could you tailor dresses according to my photos?
We can tailor dresses according to photos. Please send us the front and back photos by email.We will check and give you our best quotation . Thanks for your support.
Can I make changes to the dress item I am interested in purchasing?
You could make alterations to the items but we suggest that you don't make big alterations because every dress is designed for their own features, once there are alterations, it may lose its original beauty.
Can I order the dress in a different fabric?
You can order the dress in different fabrics but we suggest that you don't you change, because the dress may look different from its original appearance and may lose its own beauty. If you really want to order it in your favorite fabric, please write down you special requests when placing orders. If the result of the dress made in other fabrics isn't good, we will inform you immediately once received your orders.
Does the dress will be the same as picture?
All of our dresses are custom made products and we always tailor dresses strictly according to our website pictures but please understand that sometimes there will be some small differences which cannot be avoided.
Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.
Can I change the color and size after placing orders?
Normally you could change the color and size within 24 hours after placing orders. Please inform us first if you would like to change and we will check for you. After 24 hours, it couldn't be changed any more.
Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
Our dresses aren't just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer . The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully . Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn't fit exactly right?
Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.
